Willard Wayne Peebles, 84, of Town Creek departed from this world on March 24, 2024 in McDonough GA. Born on March 12, 1940, to Sidney Grant Peebles and Hazel Ruth Peebles of Hillsboro, Alabama. He was called to join his cherished wife of 42 years, Melba Clarine Peebles, along with his parents and brother Ronnie Peebles, in the eternal embrace of peace.

Willard leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion, survived by his son Keith Peebles (Denise) of Rogersville, AL; daughter Brooke Peebles Walker (Forrest) of McDonough, GA, brothers Jim and Donnie Peebles, grandchildren Jonathan Peebles (Shawnta) and Ashley Peebles Hawkins (Matt), great-grandchildren James Michael Grant Hawkins, Jettson Drake Peebles, Gavin Keith Peebles, grand godchildren Skylar and Amber Knox.

At the age of 19, Willard embarked on an entrepreneurial journey that would shape his life and community. He poured his heart and soul into Peebles Auto Parts in Town Creek, Alabama, until the remarkable age of 80.

In celebrating his life, we honor Willard's enduring spirit and the profound impact he had on all who knew him. His memory will forever be cherished by those whose lives he touched.

The pallbearers, Steve Grissom, Greg Grissom, Steve Posey, Wayne Oliver, Matthew Hawkins, and Jonathan Peebles, alongside honorary pallbearers Russell Laster, Bill King, and nephews, will carry him to his final resting place.
