Wallace "Buddy" Curry Jr., 72, of Town Creek passed away Monday, May 13, 2024. Jackson Memory is assisting the family.
Buddy wanted no funeral after his passing, only for the healing process to begin for his family, friends, and loved ones. After many years of atoning for mistakes made in his younger years, he dedicated his life to helping as many people as he could as often as possible, at this he was most successful. Buddy remained in contact with many throughout the years and grieved the loss of of those who passed before him. Buddy's main priorities in life were his family, helping others ease stress, and rescuing animals, in all of which he was most sufficient. Buddy was a firm believer in Christ. One of his favorite sayings was " Go hug a tree, now tell me you don't believe". Buddy didn't believe in "Goodbyes" it was always, "Later".
Buddy was preceded in death by his parents, and a daughter, Annisa Curry, a brother Henderson Curry, and Great grandson, Camdon Lowery.
He leaves to cherish his memory; his wife, Sheila Curry; two sons, Cain Curry, Wallace Cameron III (Trey) Curry; three daughters, Chasity Kidder, Amanda Carpenter, and Jamie Perrault; grandsons, Malachi Curry, Logan Lowery, and Zachery Whitfield; granddaughters, Shade Gibson, and Hannah Shepherd, and Taylor Whitfield; great-grand children; Kayson, and MJ.
