Tildea "Tobi" Orr, 75 of Queens, NY formerly of Courtland passed away Tuesday, October 8, 2024. Public viewing will be held at Jackson Memory Friday, October 18th from 10:00 - 5:00. The funeral service will be at 11:00 am, Saturday, October 19, 2024 at Jackson Memory Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Church Cemetery.
