Ronnie "Woo" Mason

Ronnie "Woo" Mason, 58, of North Courtland died Saturday morning at his home. The funeral will be Thursday, May 30, 2019, at 12 PM, here at Jackson Memory. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Town Creek. Public viewing will be Wednesday from 10-6 PM. 

Ronnie " Woo" Mason was born December 14, 1960 in Courtland, Alabama. He departed this life Saturday, May 25, 2019 at his home. He confessed a hope in Christ at an early age and joined Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church.

        He was preceded in death by his mother Dasiella Mason, father Grant Steele, and two brothers Timothy Campbell, and Fred Mason. 

       He leaves to love and cherish his memory six brothers: Bruce Carnell Mason (Chelsie Lewis) Michael Mason(Aboline Jones); Steve(Gwene) Steele; Thomas Steele; Kenneth Steele; and David (Marsha) Steele; Five sisters, Shirley Steele; and Margie (James) Spangler; Two aunts, Laura Staten; and Minister Lela Reid who was more of a mother instead of an aunt; One uncle, Rufus (Evelyn) Mason; A very special friend Jannie Vinson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
