Ronald (Ronnie) Hood

Ronald “Ronnie” Hood, age 67, of Town Creek, passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2026.

Ronnie was a man known for his kind heart, and the love he carried for his family. He lived a life rooted in simple joys, meaningful connections, and unwavering dedication to those he held close. Whether through laughter, shared stories, or his steady presence, Ronnie made a lasting impact on everyone who knew him.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his mother, Maye Hood.

He leaves to cherish his memory: His loving wife, Bertha Hood; his children, Chasity Pierce(Brad) and Jason Hood; his stepchildren, Roxana Ricks(Jori), Joel Rodriguez, and Aldo Rodriguez; his father, Curtis Hood (Martha); grandchildren, Ryleigh, Lainey, Sadie, Leyana, Conny, Aydan, Osiris, Arlett, and Ramses; his sister, Shelia Vinson (Tim); and a host of nieces and nephews.

Ronnie’s legacy will live on through the love he poured into his family and the memories they will forever hold close.

A memorial service will be held at Cave Springs Cemetery, 75 County Road 114, Town Creek, AL 35672, on Wednesday, April 22 at 10:00 a.m.
