Oscar "Buddy" Willard, 69, of North Courtland died Aug. 27, 2019. The funeral will be held here at Jackson Memory, Saturday, August 31, at 12:00 PM. Burial will follow at Courtland cemetery. Public viewing will be Friday between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
