Oliver Owens

Oliver Owens died September 8, 2009. His funeral will be held Saturday, September 12, at Freeman Tabernacle Baptist Church, at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow at Landersville Cemetery in Landersville, AL.

He leaves to cherish his memories a loving and devoted wife, Janie M. Owens; four children, Lamarce Owens ( Bonnie) Delaine Square (Paul) Janetia Ownens, and David Owens (Patrice); siblings, Blanton Owens (Ruth) Carnell Johnson, Erma Donald (Jim), and Eliza Mae Crittenden (Paul); sisters in law, Emma Ruth Owens, Glennice Jackson, Elizabeth Walker, and Daisy Pride; eight grandchildren,  Andre Owens, Tomiko T. Pettigrew, LaTasha Owens, Aquita Wherry, Delicia Fuqua, Maurice Square, Anthony Owens, and Ashaya Owens; five step-grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; one aunt, Ida Hubbard, and a host of nieces and nephews.
