Julia Carter, 78, of North Courtland died early Wednesday morning at North Alabama Medical Center in Florence. Public viewing will be Sunday from 12:00 - 6:00 PM at Jackson Memory. There will be a graveside service on Monday, July 6, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Rocky Hill Cemetery.
