Cassandra G Lipscomb

Cassandra G. Lipscomb, 54, of Town Creek passed away Wednesday, August 14, 2024. Public viewing will be held Sunday, August 18, 2024 from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm at Jackson Memory, directly followed by the funeral service at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow in Warren Cemetery.

Cassandra Gayle Lipscomb was born on March 11, 1970 in Florence, AL to the late Charles Lee Lipscomb and Linda Diane Hall Lipscomb. 

She accepted Christ at an early age and joined Mt. Zion S.D.A Church in Florence, AL. She later joined Trinity S.D.A Church in Athens, AL. Cassandra AKA Sandy had a heart of gold. She loved to help people and that was shown through her career choice. She worked as a CNA for over 20 years in Florence and the surrounding areas. 

Sandy is preceded in death by her father, and her brother Larekus Dion Lipscomb.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her children; Jessica Diane Smith, and Christopher Lee Smith(Town Creek) ; her mother Linda Lipscomb (Town Creek); one sister Dana(Roberto Sr.) Guerrero (Warren Robins, GA); two brothers Brandon Lipscomb(Muscle Shoals), and Jason Lipscomb (Town Creek). She also leaves a host of uncles, aunts, neices, nephews, cousins, and friends.
