                           Obituary

          Betty Lee Cosby was born August 12, 1934 to the late Mary E. Allen and Luster Cosby. She transitioned to her heavenly home on November 12, 2019. She accepted Christ as her personal savior and joined First Missionary Baptist Church.

           She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary E. Allen and Lewis Allen and Luster Cosby, a daughter Barbara White, sisters Lucy Abernathy, Fannie Lucille Allen and a brother Percy Cosby.

           She is survived by her daughters, Betty Brown (Gary), Cora Payne (Dale), Chiquita Billings (Samuel); sons, Ronnest Cosby, Kenneth Cosby (Joann), James Cosby (Natasha), Barry Cosby; a devoted companion, Bobby Cheatom; two sisters, Letha Ford, Dorothy Ford; a host of grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives; special friends, Mrs. Susie Mae King and Mrs. Patsy Green.
