Ms. Pearlie "Sally" Cole was born on September 13, 1935, she peacefully departed this life at her home on August 13, 2016 with her daughter Janie by her side. She was a dedicated member of First Missionary Baptist Church in Town Creek, where she devoted her life.

Pearlie was preceded in death by her mother, Bessie Mitchell-Cole, her father Lee Cole; three children, Kenneth Cole, Roger Lee Cole, Angela Cole and her brother, Lee Cole Jr.

She leaves to cherish her memory six children; Janie Jordan, Moulton, Shirley Cole, Tuscaloosa, Ruby Boyd, Phyllis Ann (Clem) Johnson and Carolyn Cole all of Decatur and Denise Cole, Madison and one sister, Mary Mitchell of Town Creek. Nineteen grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces nephews and their families.
