Chasstity Shultz Hubbard, 44, of Decatur died Monday, October 17th at Parkway Medical Center in Decatur. Her funeral will be Friday, October 20th at 1pm at Byler Rd. Church Of Christ in Moulton. Burial will follow in Red Hill Cemetery. She will be placed in the church one hour prior to her funeral. Public viewing will be Wednesday, October 18th from 10-7 here at Jackson Memory Funeral Home.

Chasstity was born October 29, 1972 in Hartselle, AL to Falisa Calhoun. She was preceded in death by her grandmother; Bernice Crumley. She joined Byler Rd. Church of Christ in 1999 under Brother George Gee.

She leaves to cherish her memories a loving husband; Bradley Hubbard, three daughters; Paris Hubbard, Asia Hubbard and Briona Hubbard, one son; Kevin Shultz, her grandchildren; Anniston & Johari Beasley, her mother; Falisa Calhoun, a sister; Bria Murphree a nephew; Manuel DeWeese her father and mother-in-law; Donnie and Annie Adams of Jackson, TN., a aunt; Charlotte Mote, another aunt and uncle; Kim and Steve Crumley, a great aunt; Merlene Kelsoe a brother-in-law, Chris Adams and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
